Blog Entry: The Role of the Volunteer Manager when Using an Online System

Most of the volunteer managers that we work with are first-time volunteer managers. Even when a online system is used, we still recommend some hands-on managing. We've just added a blog entry to discuss some of the things a volunteer manager should still do to ensure that the event is a success.
